Non-Contact Youth Football Instruction
Why EFM?
More fun of course! We do more than drill stations. We get the kids fired up every day with a message and a theme. Kids play obstacle course challenge, participate in “punt, pass and kick” competitions, and compete in “touchdown trivia.” They enhance their agility, and practice game skills that are the keys to success.

Youth Performance Program
A 6-week program (2-3 sessions per week) to prepare kids for the upcoming football season, by improving strength, speed, endurance and agility. The instructors, Ed Garrett, a former high school All-American and University of Michigan Wolverine, and Darrell General, Head Track Coach at Marshall High School, understand the importance of football specific conditioning to get kids ready for the season. Learn the little things about the game and preparation that only highly competitive (former) athletes can teach you.

Development Program
Take your game to the next level
Whether it is skill development or speed, endurance and strength training, EFM is the right choice for your children. One-on-one sessions are designed to meet your child’s position specific needs. At EFM we believe that kids’ ability to reach their full potentially is greatly impacted by who they work with and from whom they learn the game. Great teachers, motivators, and leaders, who have played the game at a high level offer unique insight and perspective that cannot be found in a book our in a classroom. Michael Jordan was a really good basket ball player, but what made him great was his approach to the game– his preparation, how he handled certain situations, his mind set and his personal experience playing the game of basketball. It is that unique perspective that we offer young athletes at EFM. The most important question to ask prospective instructors is “how successful where you in your sport?” For if one has never been to the mountain top how can they tell us what is up there!
